Description
The U.S. Navy is conducting market research for professional logistics and administrative support services for Amphibious Construction Battalion ONE and affiliated Naval Beach Group ONE units. The requirement includes one logistics analyst to manage Table of Allowance inventories, readiness reporting, procurement shortage lists, expeditionary buy plans, Maritime Prepositioning Force validations, spare-parts reviews, and more than 300 ISO containers. It also includes one administrative assistant to provide Defense Travel System support, itinerary planning, travel authorization and voucher review, Government Travel Charge Card administration, Individually Billed Account reporting, and reserve training coordination for more than 550 Active Component and 550 Reserve Component sailors. A contract manager is also required. The anticipated contract is firm fixed price with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. Services must be performed on site during regular business hours, with periodic CONUS and National Capital Region travel. Respondents must be active SeaPort-NxG multiple-award contract holders and must submit a capability package addressing corporate information, at least two and no more than four relevant references, and detailed technical capabilities and execution approach. The package is limited to eight one-sided pages, must use 12-point Times New Roman, and must be submitted in Microsoft Word or PDF format. The PWS also identifies a quality control plan as part of the proposal submission and evaluation for the anticipated future solicitation.
