Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quotation for 802 each of shear bolt NSN 5306-01-262-9685, part number SS5025-06-009 and approved equivalent part numbers. The item is a source-controlled, critical application aerospace fastener requiring manufacture and testing in accordance with the cited limited-rights technical data. Vendors must have access to the technical data or provide traceability to approved sources; source approval documentation may be required. The solicitation includes origin inspection and acceptance, ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent quality-system requirements, physical identification and bare-item marking, export-controlled technical-data restrictions, domestic-material requirements, and DLA packaging and marking requirements. Delivery is required within 171 days after order, FOB origin, to DLA Distribution San Diego.
