Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking 18 nonmetallic bushings, NSN 5365-01-685-5673, part number 301106-5, manufactured by Arrowhead Products Corp. (CAGE 70628). The requirement is for supply and delivery, with delivery 171 days after order and FOB origin terms. The items require origin inspection and acceptance, manufacturer inspection-system compliance with SAE AS9003 or ISO 9001 tailored to SAE AS9003, packaging in accordance with ASTM D3951 and applicable DLA requirements, and marking in accordance with MIL-STD-129.
