NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP#: 2026-09-11 San Miguel County, New Mexico, will receive competitive sealed proposals for Design Professional Services. Request for Proposal forms and specifications may be obtained from the County Finance Office located in the San Miguel County Administration Building, 500 W. National Avenue, Suite 304, Las Vegas, New Mexico 87701 or by e-mail request to jmuniz@co.sanmiguel.nm.us. Proposals must be delivered to the San Miguel County Finance Department, 500 West National Avenue, Suite 304, Las Vegas, New Mexico 87701 by 3:00 p.m. MST on September 18, 2026. The envelope containing the proposals shall be clearly labeled “San Miguel County Tecolotito Fire Station Design Professional Services”, on the lower left hand corner. It shall be the responsibility of the Offeror submitting a proposal to see that their proposal is delivered to the County Finance Office by the date and time set above. If the mail or delivery of the proposal by whatsoever means is delayed beyond the proposal thus delayed will not be opened nor considered. Faxed and/or emailed proposals will not be accepted. The Offerors shall provide seven (7) copies of their proposal. The County of San Miguel reserves the right to reject any/or all proposals.
