Description
The City of Muscle Shoals is soliciting sealed construction bids for the Muscle Shoals Ring of Honor. Drawings and specifications may be examined at the architect’s office and the Florence Association of General Contractors, and bid documents may be obtained from the architect by email request. A cashier’s check or bid bond payable to the City of Muscle Shoals must accompany the proposal in an amount of at least five percent of the bid, capped at $10,000. Performance and payment bonds, along with evidence of insurance, will be required at contract signing. The construction timeline is 120 days.
