The USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service, on behalf of the Agricultural Research Service, intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order for one John Deere 1590 No-Till Drill, 20 feet wide. Required features include compatibility with the agency's John Deere tractors, 7.5-inch spacing narrow gauge wheels, fold-over markers, electronic population-rate control, and a trade-in credit for the existing John Deere 1590 unit.
