Description
Harmony Water Association is soliciting sealed written or electronic bids for construction of the Highway 11 Water Main Relocation project, including construction of a water main and all related work required by the contract documents. The project is subject to federal domestic preference requirements, including the Build America, Buy America Act. The total contract time is 120 consecutive calendar days, with liquidated damages of $700 per calendar day thereafter. A bid bond or certified cashier's check equal to 5% of the total bid price is required. Disadvantaged, minority-owned, and women-owned businesses are encouraged to participate as prime contractors or subcontractors.
