Description
Neshoba County is soliciting a qualified managed-service provider for a twelve-month cybersecurity program. The scope includes virtual chief information security officer services, managed security operations center monitoring, alert triage and incident escalation, cybersecurity engineering, vulnerability and configuration support, and coordination with the County's existing IT providers. The contractor must perform an initial and annual CISA Cybersecurity Performance Goals assessment, maintain an improvement roadmap and risk register, update information-security and disaster-recovery/incident-response plans, conduct at least one cybersecurity tabletop exercise, provide recurring daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly optimization activities, and deliver monthly, quarterly, annual, and closeout reports. Proposals must address implementation, service levels, security and privacy controls, incident response, subcontractor controls, references, pricing, exceptions, and required certifications, including the provided price proposal, CPG compliance matrix, and vendor certification forms.
