West Contra Costa Unified School District Prequalification List for Contractors

The West Contra Costa Unified School District (WCCUSD) is establishing a prequalification list for general contractors and subcontractors specializing in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing services. This list will determine eligibility to bid on future District projects, contingent upon the contractor's bonding and financial capacity. Contractors must complete the District's prequalification questionnaire and submit all required materials to be considered responsive. Prequalified contractors will be placed on the Qualified Bidders List for one calendar year following their initial prequalification. The District will provide a list of prequalified contractors to all prequalified firms at least five business days before the bid opening for any given project. Submissions can be made hard copy to the WCCUSD Facilities Planning & Construction office or electronically via email. Contractors must submit their prequalification questionnaire no later than ten business days prior to the bid opening for any specific project to be eligible to bid.
