Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking new commercial equipment consisting of one variable-speed rotary screw air compressor, one heatless desiccant unit, and one mechanical moisture separator. The compressor must be air-cooled, base-mounted, powered by a 25 HP 460 VAC three-phase motor, deliver 117.6 CFM at 125 psig, include a Q-Control touch controller, gear drive, low-sound enclosure, gauges and related equipment, and include a 120-gallon horizontal air receiver. The desiccant unit must operate at 120 volts and include an F3 advanced filtration package with a three-valve bypass, dual pre-filters, and a single after-filter. The moisture separator must provide 175 CFM at 232 psig and be equivalent to an IDC 350 DC Mini Pak oil/water separator. The requirement also includes factory startup and delivery FOB destination. Equipment must be new, covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and supplied by an OEM-authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller that provides and maintains OEM warranty and service. Quotes must include sufficient technical information to demonstrate compliance, warranty information and coverage duration, estimated delivery time, pricing, offeror information, and an authorized distribution letter. The solicitation is a total small-business set-aside and will be evaluated on technical compliance, price, warranty, estimated delivery, and past performance.
