Description
The project involves renovating Pine Bush offices on the second and third floors and renovating or constructing three nursing labs in the basement. Work must comply with the construction drawings and specifications. All work must be fully completed by December 1, 2027, with basement work completed by August 2, 2027; work commences upon approval by the New York State Comptroller. Bids must be submitted in duplicate, with bid security of at least 5% of the total bid. The contractor must be able to secure a performance bond for the full bid amount; the project is expected to exceed $5,000,000. The project is exempt from the Wicks Law. The State of New York and the State University of New York encourage minority business enterprise participation, with goals of 11% MBE, 19% WBE, and 6% SDVOB participation.
