Description
The City is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms with municipal experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design, analysis, and plan review. Responses should describe relevant qualifications and projects, proposed staff and resources, methodology and approach, added value, references, and proof of licensure. The response is limited to 35 pages, excluding specified front matter and supporting items. Selected respondents will enter a pre-qualified pool for an initial three-year agreement. The City may request proposals for individual projects and negotiate task orders as needs arise; prequalification does not guarantee work, and services are on an as-needed basis. The submission must include a title page, letter of transmittal, table of contents, required response sections, reference sheet, CIQ form, and Professional Services Agreement Certification Form. Responses are submitted through the City's online portal; emailed and faxed responses are not accepted.
