Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting quotations for 641 packages of protective dust and moisture-seal caps, NSN 5340-00-208-1989, part number NAS831-8. Each package contains 100 caps. The item is a commercial product and must conform to the applicable part standard, technical, quality, packaging, preservation, marking, and inspection requirements, including MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-STD-129. The solicitation specifies red color and delivery FOB origin. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System. The required delivery schedule is 165 days after award, with shipment to the DLA Distribution Depot Oklahoma at Tinker Air Force Base.
