Description
The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority is seeking a tenant to lease a 3,136-square-foot maintenance building and a 4.33-acre parking lot with no more than 468 spaces at 245 Cayuga Road. The sample lease provides for an initial 60-month term beginning February 1, 2027, with one discretionary five-year renewal option. The tenant will be responsible for maintaining the premises, complying with applicable requirements, and carrying required insurance, including commercial general liability, automobile liability if vehicles are used, workers’ compensation, employer’s liability, coverage for damage to rented premises, and pollution liability coverage of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and aggregate. The proposal package requires a technical proposal covering project implementation, organization, key personnel, related projects, references, and background experience; a cost proposal; the NFTA vendor submittal checklist questionnaire; vendor affirmations and certifications; an exceptions form; certificates of insurance; a gender-based violence and workplace certification; and an acknowledgment of Addendum 1. There are no specific MBE, WBE, or SDVOB goals for this procurement.
