Description
Parks Canada Agency is establishing a supply arrangement for pre-qualified suppliers supporting exhibits at national historic sites, national parks, national park reserves, national urban parks, and national marine conservation areas. The arrangement includes three streams: turnkey exhibit project management, design, content development, writing, graphic design, fabrication, and installation; content development and interpretive writing; and exhibit fabrication and installation. Applicants must submit stream-specific technical information, including supplier profiles, mandatory portfolio projects, thematic frameworks, approximately 250-word interpretive writing samples, project-management or collaboration approaches, accessibility and sustainable-development approaches, and required integrity or Indigenous-business certifications where applicable. Resulting contracts are expected to range from $10,000 to a maximum limitation of expenditure of $3,749,999.99, including applicable taxes, and the supply arrangement has no defined end date. Arrangements may be submitted on an ongoing basis through the closing date.
