The U.S. Air Force is soliciting one firm-fixed-price 24-foot V-nose mobile marketing trailer capable of comfortably accommodating one Polaris MRZR A4 with large attachments and allowing personnel to walk around the vehicle. The trailer will support recruiting and marketing events and must include a 14-foot electric stage, two factory fold-out stages, a rear ramp door and stair combination, fold-down viewing rail, removable cabinet over the wheel box, stereo, electric awning, provisions for future television wall mounts, generator compartment, front storage/changing room, and a walk-on roof with ladder. The statement of work also identifies an 18-inch-deep aluminum rolling cabinet as an accessory. The contractor must furnish and deliver the trailer. The solicitation evaluates technical acceptability and price and identifies a total small-business set-aside. Delivery is specified for 29 March 2027, with delivery and acceptance at the designated Air Force receiving location in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania.
