Invitation for Bids WATER WELL DRILLING AND INSTALLATION PROJECT Oglala Sioux Parks and Recreation Authority (OSPRA) The Oglala Sioux Parks and Recreation Authority (OSPRA) is requesting sealed bids from qualified and licensed contractors for the drilling and installation of an electric water well system located at: Buffalo Pasture Tribal Trust Tract Allen, South Dakota PROJECT DESCRIPTION OSPRA is seeking a qualified contractor to complete a turnkey water well installation project, including: • Drilling of a new potable water well; • Estimated well depth of approximately 400 feet; • Installation of well casing and related components; • Installation of a properly sized submersible electric pump; • Electrical wiring, pump cable, and connections; • Well development and pump testing; • Final well completion documentation. The selected contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision necessary to complete the project. CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS Interested contractors must provide: • Experience with similar water well drilling projects; • Proof of applicable licensing and insurance; • Contractor references; • Written lump-sum bid proposal. Contractors must comply with all applicable Oglala Sioux Tribe requirements, including obtaining and maintaining a valid Oglala Sioux Tribe Business License prior to beginning work, unless otherwise exempt under Tribal law.
