Description
The Development Authority of the North Country is soliciting sealed bids for labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and related work to install optical fiber for the Borkowski Road Wireless Tower. The Authority will provide the fiber and fiber tags. The work includes both aerial and underground installation along highway or electric-line rights-of-way. The contract term is six months. Bids will be awarded by item to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, and the Authority may award partial bids to more than one bidder. The solicitation identifies contracting goals of 4% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses, 9% for Minority-Owned Businesses, and 21% for Women-Owned Businesses.
