Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quotation for 25 sheets of aluminum alloy 5086, temper H116, measuring 0.125 inches thick by 48 inches wide by 96 inches long. The material must comply with the stated technical data package, ASTM B928/B928M-15 (R 2023), reference drawing 14153 01735 Revision A, and applicable DLA technical and quality requirements. Test coupons are not permitted, and only suppliers listed on the Qualified Suppliers List for Distributors (QSLD) are eligible for award unless a deviation is identified. The supply must include a Certificate of Quality Compliance (mill-material certification) for each shipment. Continuous identification markings, military packaging and preservation, palletization, and marking requirements under MIL-STD-129 and ASTM standards apply. Delivery is required 163 days after order, FOB origin, with destination inspection and acceptance; the solicitation lists New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, as the shipping destination.
