Description
The North Coast Regional District is soliciting tenders for all work associated with renovating a single-story, non-sprinklered office building constructed with mixed concrete and wood. The scope explicitly includes new electrical service, new electrical systems, and new HVAC systems. The tender documents include architectural, electrical, mechanical, and structural specifications. The lowest-priced quotation that satisfies the mandatory criteria, tender terms and conditions, and specifications will be awarded the contract.
