Description
This Sources Sought notice seeks information from businesses capable of installing approximately 250 linear feet of government-furnished cable rail fencing. The contractor would provide labor, tools, equipment, concrete for footings unless otherwise specified, and incidental materials; work includes laying out the fence line, excavating and setting posts, installing and tensioning cable infill, cleanup, and restoration of disturbed areas. Fence materials are furnished by the government. Design and procurement of the fence materials, and electrical or grounding work, are excluded. Respondents are asked to provide company and point-of-contact information, business size and socioeconomic status, UEI and registration status, relevant GSA Schedule information if applicable, commercial pricing, a capabilities statement, place of manufacture, an authorized distributorship letter if applicable, and recent customer references. This is market research only, not a solicitation or request for a binding offer. The notice lists pre-work submittals and safety requirements, but those apply before work begins rather than with the market research response.
