Description
The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction is requesting one quote covering design services, modular workstation products, and installation of four Herman Miller AO2 workstations or approved equivalents. The quote must itemize design, product, and installation costs separately, include service hours and hourly costs, and list each product with its description, product number, list price, discount percentage, and purchase price. The work includes preparing CAD layout drawings, supplying all components and parts needed for the layout, and installing the workstations. Deliverables include a PDF installation plan for review and approval, a detailed parts list with finish information, CAD and PDF as-built plans, and an electrical wiring diagram cut sheet. Installation must be completed within three weeks of award, and a mandatory site visit is required to submit a bid.
