Description
The Pennsylvania Game Commission is soliciting electronic bids for improvements to approximately 12,092 linear feet of access roadway on State Game Lands 285 in South Beaver Township, Beaver County. The work includes soil erosion and sedimentation controls; clearing and grubbing; roadway grading and shaping; installation of 15-, 18-, 24-, and 36-inch HDPE drain pipes; stone headwalls; riprap discharge aprons; French mattresses; geotextile fabric; limestone aggregate subbase, base, and surface courses; two parking areas; two fabricated steel gates; and restoration of disturbed areas. The project is subject to Pennsylvania prevailing-wage requirements, specified insurance requirements, and post-award performance and payment bonds equal to 100% of the contract amount. The contract is scheduled to commence upon delivery of the fully executed purchase order and terminate June 30, 2027. Bids are awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, and bid security is not required. The solicitation requires electronic submission through the Commonwealth's SRM system and includes a Worker Protection and Investment Certification, Reciprocal Limitations Act form, Lobbying Certification and Disclosure forms, and Iran Free Procurement Certification form with the bid response.
