Description
East Goshen Township is soliciting bids for a 12-month contract to supply and deliver approximately 14,000 gallons of aluminum sulfate solution and 20,000 gallons of 25% caustic soda (sodium hydroxide) in liquid bulk delivery. The aluminum sulfate must meet ANSI/NSF Standard 60 requirements. All quantities are estimated, bidders must bid on both items, and deliveries must be made in straight trucks because the treatment plant cannot accommodate tractor-trailers. The successful bidder must provide a performance bond or certified check equal to 50% of the total contracted price within 30 days after award. A completed Township bid form is required, and the bid package states that proposals must be mailed or otherwise delivered to the Township address.
