Description
This Sources Sought/RFI concerns the replacement of sanitary sewer and drain lines in Building 1's crawl space at the Topeka VA Medical Center. The contractor would provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment and perform the work in accordance with the project drawings, specifications, applicable standards, and VA coordination requirements. The anticipated contract would be firm fixed price with a 120-day period of performance after notice to proceed, and the estimated cost magnitude is $500,000 to $1,000,000. Interested contractors must submit a capability statement of no more than 10 pages addressing company information, interest in the future solicitation, comparable construction experience from the past five years, socioeconomic status and self-performance capability, joint-venture information if applicable, bonding capacity, and insurance experience modification rate. This notice is for market research and planning only; it is not a solicitation, responses will not be evaluated as proposals, and no award will result from responding.
