Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, is seeking a contractor under a 100% total small-business set-aside to provide indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity operation, maintenance, repair, and support services for Government-owned facilities and equipment at Lake Ouachita, Lake Greeson, and DeGray Lake in southwest Arkansas. The scope includes janitorial and custodial services; solid-waste collection, transport, and disposal; mowing, brush hogging, landscaping, and vegetation control; visitor-center staffing; natural-resource management; building, facility, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical maintenance and repair; dam, spillway, erosion-control, and aids-to-navigation support; emergency repairs; and related labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, supervision, and quality-control support. Amendment 0002 revised the scope, attachments, and bid schedules, including the seed task order requirements. The Government intends to award one firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract with a one-year base ordering period, four one-year option periods, and an additional six-month ordering period. The contract has a $1,500 minimum guarantee and a stated not-to-exceed capacity of $30,000,000; individual task orders may range from $2,500 to $9,000,000. Proposals must include separate technical, past-performance, and price volumes, with Volume I limited to 50 pages and Volumes I and II submitted as searchable PDFs while Volume III must be submitted in Excel format. The amendment extends the proposal deadline to October 23, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Central Time and requires acknowledgment of all amendments.
