Description
The Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries District 1, is soliciting all-or-none garbage service for two locations. The scope includes one 2-yard front-load container at the District 1 office and one 6-yard front-load container at Swan Creek Shooting Range, with each container picked up weekly and invoiced monthly. Vendors must be authorized to provide garbage pickup in the service area and must service both locations. The solicitation also requests pricing for as-needed extra pickups at each location. Prices must include all additional fees, and both locations must appear on the same invoice. Pickups may not occur on Mondays or Tuesdays because the range is closed. The initial service period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027; the agreement may be renewed annually for up to five years, subject to a cumulative maximum value of $25,000.
