Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory is requesting a firm-fixed-price proposal for one Leica Absolute Tracker ATS800 and associated accessories, including reflector support, scanner sphere kits, a precision carbon tripod and case, a wall-mount fixture, a wireless remote control, a leveling unit, and a battery set. The proposal must include the completed RFP pricing page and the required SARC and PROC-FRM-466 certifications. The award will be based on best value, defined as the lowest-priced technically acceptable offer; the buyer intends to award without discussions. Include all freight charges and quote FOB Fermilab delivery terms.
