Description
The Alabama Port Authority seeks a firm-fixed-price, one-time procurement of one replacement gearbox for its C19/C20 conveyor. The gearbox must meet the specified power, speed, torque, ratio, gearing, materials, lubrication, cooling, and other design requirements, and the proposal must include technical data sheets, confirmation of compliance, proposed manufacturing and delivery lead times, pricing, warranty acceptance, past-performance references, and any exceptions or deviations. The supplier must manufacture and test the gearbox, provide documentation of completed testing, and deliver it FOB to the terminal. Installation and maintenance manuals are also required. Design submittals and product data are due within one week of contract award; the offeror must propose manufacturing and delivery lead times.
