Description
The Centre de services scolaire de la Capitale is soliciting bids from a contractor to replace the administration ventilation unit and complete associated ceiling and lighting work at the Centre de formation professionnelle de Québec. The work is scheduled for January 4, 2027, through March 19, 2027, according to the project schedule. A mandatory-form submission bond equal to 10% of the total bid price, excluding applicable taxes, is required and must remain valid for 60 days after bid opening. At contract signing, it must be exchanged for performance and payment bonds, each equal to 50% of the contract price. Bids may be submitted as one sealed original by mail or in person, or electronically through the SEAO electronic tendering system. The solicitation states that eligible contractors must have an establishment in Québec or an applicable Canadian jurisdiction and hold any required building-contractor licence.
