Description
Rainier School District 13 is soliciting quotes for leased lit transport MEF Ethernet Private Line services to sites identified in Attachment A. Proposers must quote 5 Gbps and 10 Gbps bandwidth options and include installation and initial configuration. The district prefers month-to-month service while it completes a special-construction fiber project, and also identifies preferred one-year and three-year terms. The proposed service must include specified service-level commitments, including 99.99% network availability, no more than 0.5% frame or packet loss, no more than 25 ms latency, no more than 10 ms jitter, no throttling, outage response within one hour, and restoration within four hours. Proposals must include a proposed SLA, 24x7x365 network operations and support, trouble-reporting and escalation procedures, historical uptime statistics, monthly recurring and other fees, estimated government-assessed taxes and fees, a valid SPIN, E-Rate reimbursement-method support, and compliance with applicable SLD, USAC, FCC, state, and district requirements. Quotes must be concise and exclude excessive marketing material.
