Description
The District is seeking a qualified, duly licensed auditing firm to perform annual financial audits of its records for the fiscal years ending September 30, 2026, September 30, 2027, and September 30, 2028, with an option for an additional two-year renewal. Audits must comply with Florida law, Section 218.39 of the Florida Statutes, applicable rules of the Florida Auditor General, and government auditing standards adopted by the Florida Board of Accountancy, commonly known as Yellow Book standards. The District was formed to finance, construct, and maintain public infrastructure and has an annual operating budget of approximately $370,035, along with special assessment bonds issued in 2023 and 2025. Proposers must be licensed under Chapter 473 and qualified to conduct governmental audits. Proposed audit fees must remain valid for at least 90 days.
