Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support, Subsistence Directorate, Operational Rations, Group Rations intends to solicit a request for proposal (RFP) for UGR-E Components. This acquisition will be unrestricted and open to full and open competition. The contract will be a 3-Year Tiered Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a Firm Fixed-Price agreement, utilizing the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection method. Delivery will be FOB Destination to Depot Tracy, CA. Product Demonstration Models (PDMs) are required. The UGR-E program provides a complete meal for 18 individuals, including four breakfast and eight lunch/dinner menus. This solicitation specifically seeks the following components: Tortilla Flour, Jalapeno Cashews, Chocolate Disks, Peanut Butter Disks, Instant Coffee, Hand Cleaner Towellettes, Chocolate Protein Drink Powder, Granola with Milk & Blueberries, Fruit Punch Beverage Base Pouch, Grape Beverage Base Pouch, Lemon-Lime Beverage Base Pouch, and Orange Beverage Base Pouch.
