Description
The New York State Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) is seeking a qualified contractor to implement and renew Google Analytics 4 360 (GA4 360) products and services. The selected contractor must be an authorized reseller partner for Google Analytics 360. This initiative is critical for tracking and assessing the performance and accessibility of New York State websites, aligning with the state's digital accessibility goals and the "Voice of the Customer" strategy. The implementation will involve project management, planning, measurement strategy development, GA4 360 and Google Tag Manager 360 configuration, and data integration with BigQuery. The contract term is for two years, with annual invoicing for licenses and services.
