Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is holding an informational industry day about upcoming design-and-construction opportunities using Other Transaction Authority, including Construction Manager at Risk and Progressive Design-Build. The event will cover the acquisition approach and planned projects, including facility and infrastructure work at military installations. The notice is for planning and industry feedback; it is not the formal solicitation for those projects. The event includes sessions on white paper expectations, meeting prospective prime contractors, and invitation-only feedback sessions. Separate emailed packages are required to request places in the latter sessions, with capability, experience, teaming, and related business information specified for prospective participants. The formal program solicitation will provide the eventual proposal requirements and submission instructions.
