Description
The Lincoln County Hospital District is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the construction of a new Physical Therapy and Specialty Services Clinic adjacent to the Grover C Dils Medical Center. This project involves the construction of an 8,250 square foot, one-story building that will house patient rooms, offices, a nurse station, a physical therapy area, an occupational therapy area, and all ancillary spaces. The CMAR will partner with the hospital and their architect during the design phase, taking full responsibility for ensuring the project stays within the hospital's budget. The CMAR may also act as the general contractor for the project. Pre-construction services are expected to begin immediately upon hire, with anticipated permit availability in September 2026. Selection of the CMAR will be based on experience and qualifications, with an emphasis on recent, similar hospital/clinic project construction management and design-build experience. Qualified teams will be invited to interview with the hospital's planning team.
