Description
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Nevada State Office, anticipates issuing a competitive solicitation on or about July 1, 2026, for archaeological studies within Lincoln County, Nevada. These studies will be funded by proceeds from the Lincoln County Land Act of 2000, which supports the inventory, evaluation, protection, and management of unique archaeological resources. The anticipated period of performance for these services will be up to three years per project, not to exceed five years. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), with NAICS code 541990. Awards will be based on Best Value to the Government. The BLM will also accept applications for Cooperative Agreements through Grants.gov (NOFO L26AS00091). Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and provide a performance-based statement of work. Resulting contracts will be firm-fixed-price, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures where possible.
