Description
Tarleton State University is seeking proposals from a qualified vendor to provide commencement flowers, gifts, and related graduation merchandise for sale at university commencement ceremonies. The contractor must provide all personnel, products, inventory, equipment, supplies, point-of-sale capabilities, and other resources necessary to promote, display, sell, and manage approved commencement-related merchandise at designated events. Responses must address all applicable solicitation requirements and identify any exceptions to the requirements or incorporated terms and conditions. Complete response requirements and attachments are available through the electronic procurement portal, and vendors must submit a complete electronic response before the closing deadline.
