Description
Clemson University is seeking multiple suppliers under a fixed-price contract to provide residential apartment cleaning services supporting summer camp operations. Work may range from one to 100 apartments per request and includes entryways, living rooms, hallways, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, interior windows, closets, and exterior entry doors. Contractors must provide all labor, supplies, chemicals, equipment, transportation, personal protective equipment, and related costs; meet APPA Level 2 cleaning standards; coordinate inspections; and correct deficient work. Most work is expected during standard hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with schedules established per job and requests potentially requiring as little as 48 hours' notice. The contract is a multiple-award vehicle with rotating task-order assignments and no guaranteed minimum purchase. The initial contract term is one year, with up to four additional one-year renewals. Contractors must have at least five years of commercial residential apartment-cleaning experience, provide an on-site supervisor while work is performed, and may not use subcontractors. Responses must be submitted electronically without contract redlines or caveats; digital signatures are used upon submission.
