Description
The project involves renovating an existing washroom and shower building in the campground at Porpoise Bay Park to meet accessibility and universal design standards. Work includes demolition of the existing interior fit-out and fixtures, forming new door openings in existing concrete masonry unit exterior walls, and saw-cutting the existing concrete slab-on-grade to accommodate new drainage and plumbing. The contractor will also perform structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical reconstruction and finishing. The solicitation includes issued-for-tender drawings, sample contract documents, a response form, and an RFP. The estimated contract period is six months.
