Description
Pulaski County is seeking companies authorized to do business in Arkansas to provide on-call material testing services for capital improvement and maintenance projects. The required testing includes concrete, asphalt, and soil, with accurate and timely results due no later than seven days after testing. Vendors must notify the County of testing-material issues within 24 hours and provide personnel certified to perform the listed tests. The technical response must be submitted through the procurement application without financial or pricing information; pricing will be requested separately from responsive and responsible bidders. Required response information includes company experience, past performance, organizational structure, staff qualifications and availability, references, responsible personnel, permits and licenses, insurance documentation or a letter of intent, and applicable certifications and disclosures. The contract is expected to run for three years, with one optional three-year renewal.
