The City of Key West is soliciting proposals from experienced consultants to provide part-time, as-needed Community Redevelopment Agency management, planning, administrative, financial, economic development, redevelopment, capital project coordination, and advisory services. The scope includes supporting implementation of adopted Community Redevelopment Plans for the Caroline Street Corridor and Bahama Village redevelopment areas; project and program planning; tax increment financing and financial analysis; economic development; capital project coordination; community engagement; support for the Bahama Village Redevelopment Advisory Committee; grant and funding assistance; and other related CRA services requested by the City.
