Description
The Federal Aviation Administration is conducting a sources-sought market survey for commercial off-the-shelf Bombardier BBD-700 Global 7500 GVFD training. The anticipated requirement includes initial and recurrent ground school, full-flight simulator training, aircraft flight training when applicable, practical testing, and supplementary training hours for FAA inspectors and pilots. Flight Test Engineers may attend the ground-school portion separately, with no simulator training, and that training is to be separately priced. Respondents must describe their aircraft-specific and prior-contract training experience, past performance, SAM UEI, years in business, geographic training location, and approach for performing the work. Providers must have an FAA-approved training program and furnish qualified instructors, required training aids and facilities, applicable aircraft or approved full-flight simulator capability, course materials, syllabi, training schedules, and required manuals. This is an informational market survey rather than a request for proposals; the FAA has not determined whether any resulting procurement will be full and open or set aside for eligible small-business categories.
