Description
The Grand River Dam Authority is soliciting a partial rebid for one additional structure omitted from the original Feeder 9G steel structures and materials solicitation: a custom tangent H-frame steel pole, structure TP-14, with a specified height of 145 feet and weathered-steel finish. The requested equipment includes the complete structure and associated components required by the technical specifications, including hardware, anchor bolts, base plates, attachment provisions, drawings, design information, inspection documentation, and delivery. The manufacturer must provide proposal-stage technical information, including calculated shipping weight, ultimate groundline reactions, anchor-bolt details, material types, pole-shaft description, arm and connection data, and draft structure drawings. The specifications require compliance with applicable ASCE, ASTM, AWS, and related standards, domestic North American steel, qualified welding, inspection and testing, certified reports, and delivery on a DDP destination basis. Requested delivery is by September 1, 2027. Equivalent products may be considered if they meet the specifications and are properly identified and documented.
