Description
The Defense Health Agency is procuring one brand-name Narda Fieldman electromagnetic field strength meter and associated accessories for on-site electromagnetic-field health-hazard evaluations. The required package includes the NARDA-2460/201 Fieldman Basic Set covering 0–90 GHz, an HFD-3061 H-field probe covering 300 kHz–30 MHz, and an EFD-9091 E-field probe covering 100 MHz–90 GHz, along with the hard case, USB-C power supply, shoulder strap, cable, marking rings, USB stick, and quick-start guide. The contractor must deliver the equipment by September 22, 2026 and provide warranty details describing the warranty type and coverage. Quotes must include a technical capability submission, warranty information, up to three recent and relevant past-performance references from the last three years, company and administrative information, CAGE Code and UEI, and completed firm-fixed pricing for the basic requirement and option-year pricing sheet. The acquisition is a 100% total small-business set-aside and will use a best-value tradeoff evaluation, with technical capability and past performance significantly more important than price. The solicitation states that the prior maintenance requirements were removed and that this is a product purchase with warranty.
