Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quotation for two TEST SET, INSULATION BREAKDOWN units, NSN 6625-01-533-5175, under purchase request 7018271548. The requirement is for supply and delivery, with FOB origin pricing, destination inspection and acceptance, and delivery within 168 days after award. The item must be packaged in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E, marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129, and delivered to the DLA Distribution San Joaquin receiving warehouse. The solicitation is not a small-business set-aside. All quotations must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System. If the item contains hazardous material, the quoter must provide the required Safety Data Sheet and OSHA hazard communication labeling documentation with the quotation; otherwise, that documentation is not required. The solicitation also includes a CMMC Level 2 self-assessment requirement and domestic-material restrictions.
