Fermi Forward Discovery Group, LLC is soliciting a firm-fixed-price proposal for one thermographic video camera for prototype thermal test monitoring supporting the Mu2e production target design effort. The camera must provide at least 640 × 512 resolution, 60 frames per second full-frame capture, NETD of 20 mK or less, accuracy of ±1°C, sensitivity in the 3–5 micron medium-wave infrared band, and measurement capability from 20°C to 1,300°C. It must support adjustable focusing from 0.2 to 1 meter, removable user-replaceable lenses, GenICam control over gigabit Ethernet, separate trigger and video-output ports, integral cooling, required power supplies, protective packaging, and delivery in working order. Any required calibrations, optics, or filters must be included. Compatible thermal analysis software is desired if provided under a transferable perpetual license. The response must include the completed RFP page, the Subcontractor Annual Representations and Certifications form if it was not completed within the last year, and PROC-FRM-466 Proposal Certifications. Award will be based on the lowest price among technically acceptable, responsible offerors, and FFDG intends to award without discussions. Freight charges and F.O.B. Fermilab delivery terms must be included in the quotation.
