Description
The City seeks contractors to perform demolition jobs issued during the contract term. Work includes demolishing and disposing of masonry and wood-frame structures, trailers and mobile homes, accessory structures, fencing, retaining walls, covered porches, below-grade areas, and structures above two stories. Related work includes removing excess asphalt, concrete, debris, and overgrowth, and providing clean backfill suitable for vegetation. Emergency demolition and additional services such as testing, design, and other job-specific support may be negotiated separately. Contractors must provide supervision, labor, materials, machinery, tools, and equipment, comply with applicable requirements, and complete each job by the date specified in its Letter to Proceed. The City intends to make up to three awards and may distribute individual jobs among contractors.
