Description
Mount Olive Public Library is requesting proposals for Managed Internal Broadband Services to operate, manage, and monitor its existing eligible Category 2 network infrastructure. The requested support covers existing equipment and services, including firewalls, switches, routers, cabling, wireless access points, network controllers, and UPS battery backup. Proposals may offer equivalent or comparable brands where applicable and may include hourly rates for networking services. Vendors must have an E-Rate SPIN, include it in the proposal, maintain the required 2027 Service Provider Annual Certification Form 473 on file with USAC, comply with applicable E-Rate rules, and offer the Lowest Corresponding Price. The applicant may consider multi-year, month-to-month, or other varying contract terms, with any extensions and funding-discontinuation protections specified in the contract.
