Description
The Township of Hamilton is soliciting qualifications and proposals from engineering firms or individuals to provide professional engineering services focused on the review of development applications. The selected respondent must demonstrate the professional, administrative, and financial capability to perform the required work, including relevant technical competence, knowledge of municipal development processes, key personnel qualifications, availability for required public and special meetings, and appropriate scheduling and quality-control practices. Proposals will be evaluated based on qualifications, experience, professional certifications, references, technical and management criteria, and compensation. Respondents must submit a proposal, proposal sheet, ownership disclosure, addenda acknowledgment, insurance acknowledgment with general liability certificate, non-collusion affidavit, New Jersey Business Registration Certificate, affirmative-action compliance notice, Iran disclosure, Russia-Belarus certification, references, and W-9. The contract term is January 1 through December 31, 2027.
